CFOB is committed to having an informed and engaged citizenry. Every election year, we hold public forums so that our citizens can meet the candidates who are running for office and ask them questions. CFOB is non-profit and non-partisan, and we strive to have a probing and balanced discussion with the candidates for public office.

For 2022, CFOB hosted a Candidates Forum for candidates running in the primary for County Council District 4 and Ormond Beach Zones 1. It was held at the Senior Center Auditorium on July 13. The forum was available on Zoom and was recorded; you can click below to see it.

Our forum for the general election originally scheduled for October 5 has been postponed due to Hurricane Ian to Wednesday, October 12th. There will be a Meet and Greet with the candidates at 6:00pm and the forum will start at 6:30, to be held at the Ormond Beach Senior Center. Please come out to hear what the candidates stand for!
